Return & Exchange Policy
Policy Duration
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. We recognize the challenges of selecting personal items online, and gladly offer full refunds/exchanges with valid proof of purchase during this period.
Conditions for Returns
▸ Items must be unused in their original packaging
▸ Normal wear and tear damages are excluded from replacement
▸ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (waived if the return results from our error, e.g., wrong/defective items)
▸ Original shipping fees and add-on services (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable
Special Provisions
◆ Exchanged items become ineligible for further refunds
◆ No returns/exchanges accepted after 15 days
◆ Complimentary/gift-with-purchase items are final sale

✓ Opened consumable goods (e.g., incense, oils)
✓ Discounted/sale items
Defective Items Resolution
For defective products purchased within 1 year:
• Eligible for a 50% discount code toward the same item (proof of purchase required)
• We cover return shipping costs
Refund Process
① Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email the approval status
② Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days (return shipping fees deducted)
